Organic,fruity bright gold-green
An extra virgin olive oil from the variety Koroneiki, low acidity with balanced fruity taste, light aftertaste and bright golden- green color.
It comes from organic olive groves where all the strict EU rules for organic products apply, without interfering with the environment and humans.
It is an organic olive oil, during the production of which the sprays, fertilizers and any kind of processing during the pressing of the olive fruit are absent .
The olives are harvested in November by hand or with special machines, so that the fruit is not damaged, they are transported the same day as soon as possible within 4-8 hours to an olive factory certified for organic processing, where the olive oil is extracted by cold pressing (T<270C).
