We are a family business dedicated to the cultivation of olives and the production of olive oil, located in northeastern Crete.
Our theme (Thema) was and is the production of a perfect product. Growing olives here in the Land of Sitia (Terra di Sitia) takes us back many generations, from Minoan times to the present day.
Keeping the traditional methods of cultivation and processing, we integrate them with the latest technology with the utmost attention to detail, and with a passion for olives and olive oil we create Thema Sitia EVVO extra virgin olive oil. PDO Sitia Lasithiou, Kritis.
